In Texas, the Court of Criminal Appeals has final jurisdiction over all criminal matters.

A. ) so that they should abruptly evict Reverend Dr. Park from my church, without a formal and lawful notice to the whole congregation of the church. President Sam Shim of Central Texas Korean American Coalition (KACCT) did not know his church elders continued their stealth plot to evict their church pastor Dr. Park from their church whose stealth plot was their enforced employment termination like a killing Jesus. President Sam Shim has maintained his 25 years’ perfect Sunday worship attendance at Austin Korean Presbyterian Church/ But he did not know his church elders’ stealth plot to evict his pastor from his church.
